Tool Vault is fundamentally architected with privacy as a primary feature. Wherever technically possible, our developer utilities, PDF tools, image compressors, cryptographic hashers, and calculators run strictly inside your web browser using HTML5 Canvas, Web Cryptography, and JavaScript runtime APIs. Your pasted code, tokens, passwords, and documents are not uploaded, stored, or processed on our backend servers.

When you visit Tool Vault, we collect non-personally identifiable technical telemetry via Vercel Analytics (such as browser type, general geography, referring URL, and page load performance metrics). This data is aggregated anonymously to detect technical bottlenecks, monitor uptime, and improve tool responsiveness.

We use browser Local Storage to remember your workspace settings (such as Light/Dark theme preference, reduced motion accessibility settings, and active category views). This data remains strictly on your local machine and can be cleared at any time in our Settings page.

If you submit a message through our Contact Support form, we collect your name, email address, and message text through Web3Forms API exclusively to reply to your inquiry or resolve reported bugs. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact information.

Tool Vault does not sell user data. Our site contains links to other web resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites. If third-party integrations or advertising vendors are introduced in the future, this policy will transparently detail the vendor compliance terms.
